Privacy at a glance
Photo editing
Your selected photos are processed in your browser. The grid editors do not upload those photos to our server.
Saving results
Save your PNG, JPG or PDF to your device before leaving the page. We do not keep an online copy of your project.
Website analytics
If Google Analytics is active, it may use cookies to measure visits and how people use the grid tools.
Photos, grids and downloads
The Drawing Grid Maker, Add Grid to Photo and Grid Overlay tools accept supported images such as JPG, PNG and WebP. Your browser reads the file, validates its size, draws the grid and creates the download. The image is not sent to a server by these editing tools. Blank grid paper and transparent grids can be made without selecting any photo at all.
Your photo and grid settings are available while you work on the page. Refreshing or leaving may clear them, so download your finished grid before you go. The downloaded file stays wherever your browser saves it.
You do not need an account to use the drawing tools. If you choose one of our sample images, your browser loads it from this website. Photos you choose from your device are not uploaded by the editor.
What information we handle
- Information needed to load the site. Our hosting services may process your IP address, browser details, the pages requested and the time of a visit to deliver the website and help keep it secure. How long those details are kept depends on the service provider.
- Website analytics. When Google Analytics is active, it may receive page visits, browser and device details, and actions such as opening a tool, changing a setting or downloading a result. Our tool events do not include the image you select or its filename.
- Emails you send us. If you contact [email protected], we receive your email address, message and any information you decide to attach. Email providers also process those messages so they can be delivered.
No account registration or payment information is required to use the free tools currently available on this site. Please do not send passwords, financial details or other sensitive personal information in support messages.
Google Analytics and cookies
We use Google Analytics to understand visits to the site and which drawing tools people use. It may use cookies and other browser information for these reports.
When active, Google Analytics receives page views and information about actions such as choosing a grid preset, changing a setting or downloading a file. These events describe how a tool is used, not the contents or filename of your photo. Google handles analytics identifiers and other technical information under its own policies.
Cookies and similar browser mechanisms may be used by the analytics provider. You can manage cookies using your browser settings, including blocking or deleting them. Browser settings can affect how analytics works but are not required to create a drawing grid. For information on Google's data practices, see Google's Privacy Policy.
Blocking cookies does not stop the basic requests your browser makes to load a website. Hosting services may still receive the information needed to serve the pages you visit.
Why we use this information
Hosting information helps deliver pages and investigate security or performance issues. When Google Analytics is active, usage reports help us understand which tools are useful and where instructions could be clearer.
We use support emails to answer questions, look into reported problems and respond to concerns about privacy, content or accessibility. Your privacy rights depend on the laws that apply where you live.
How long information is kept
We do not keep your selected photos as uploaded files on a Drawing Grid Maker server. The browser can hold your working image and settings during an open session; downloads remain on your device until you delete them.
How long website access details are kept depends on the hosting service. Analytics data, when collected, is kept according to the settings used for Google Analytics and Google's policies. We may retain support emails while responding to your request, handling security concerns or meeting applicable obligations.
Your choices and privacy requests
You can use the grid tools without creating an account and you can avoid selecting a photo when using the printable paper or transparent-grid options. You may manage browser cookies and clear site data using your browser's settings.
Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to ask about, correct, access or request deletion of information connected with you, or object to certain processing. If you have a request, email [email protected] and describe what you would like us to review. We may need enough information to understand or verify a request, but please avoid sending unnecessary sensitive data.
Children and younger visitors
The tools are general drawing resources and are not designed to collect personal details from children. If you believe a child has sent personal information through a support email or another contact channel, please let us know so we can review the concern.
Changes to this policy
We may update this page as tools, analytics settings or legal requirements change. The effective date near the top will be revised when the policy is updated. Please check the latest version if you want to understand current practices.
